Elbow to the chest

The right side of my chest is bruised and it fucking hurts whenever I breathe or move around. I think I got elbowed or something on the practice on Wednesday, but I'm not sure.

I'm a bit nervous about what the fuck I'm doing or who I've become. It's possible that I'll just go back to working at a factory after I quit this job.
